As a member of our General Surgery department, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment that values diversity and inclusion. Our team is dedicated to advancing the health of our community, and we're seeking a skilled Surgical Assist Physician Assistant to join us.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Surgical Assist Physician Assistant in our General Surgery department.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Work closely with our hospital partners, including Virginia Mason, to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in call coverage and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Physician Assistant Certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Unrestricted licensure in Washington (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Current DEA certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment).
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
- EMR proficiency.
- EPIC experience.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $114,784 to $160,000 per year, based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other factors. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
