Position Overview:

The Radiologic Technologist I is responsible for executing a variety of imaging procedures on patients across different age groups. This role involves managing patient care requirements during their time in the imaging department and fulfilling all related duties to ensure high-quality patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a range of radiology examinations.
  • Assist in the enhancement and oversight of departmental systems aimed at improving patient care quality.
  • Coordinate activities within the department to optimize workflow and patient experience.

Essential Qualifications:

Experience:

A minimum of two years in Diagnostic Imaging is necessary, ideally within a healthcare facility.

Licensure/Certification:

Must hold a Texas Certified Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT) license.

ARRT (R) certification is mandatory.

Current CPR certification is required.

Educational Background:

An Associate's degree in Applied Sciences with a focus on Radiology is essential.
