Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Axon Medical Centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in managing patients with spine disorders, chronic pain, or neurological conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions related to the spine, pain management, or neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and education.
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Family Practice, Adult-Gerontology, or a related specialty.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in ortho spine, pain management, or neurology.
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in performing minor procedures related to pain management.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
  • Proficient in the use of electronic health records (EHR).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
