Lake Country Cigar & Wine invites applications for a Head Chef position, responsible for driving culinary excellence in our fast-paced environment. As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to menu development, staff training, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute menus that cater to diverse tastes and preferences
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Maintain open communication with kitchen staff, suppliers, and management
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and streamline kitchen processes
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among kitchen staff

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior culinary roles, preferably in upscale restaurants or hospitality settings
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team motivation and collaboration
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management, waste reduction, and energy conservation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high standards in a dynamic environment

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus benefits and performance-based incentives
