About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngologist to join our practice at St. Joseph Medical Center, a busy 385-bed Level II trauma center and DNV-certified comprehensive stroke center.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a General Otolaryngologist and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The expected schedule will include at least 2 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, with an average 4.5 work days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a General Otolaryngologist
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Qualifications

  • Medical Degree Required
  • ACGME Accredited Otolaryngology Residency Required
  • Washington State Medical License
  • Board Certification/Board Eligible - American Board of Otolaryngology

Compensation

The compensation package includes a production comp model with a very good benefit package, including medical coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan (401k). Malpractice coverage, CME, and relocation assistance are also provided.
