Athletic Program Manager

About the Role:
This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports and education, with a proven track record of success in coaching and mentoring. The job involves managing all aspects of the athletic program, including team administration, scheduling, budgeting, and equipment management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of the athletic program, including team administration, scheduling, and budgeting
* Develop and implement programs to promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play
* Lead and motivate student-athletes to achieve their full potential
* Collaborate with coaches, staff, and parents to ensure the success of the athletic program
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
* Coaching certification or experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Estimated Salary: $2136-$2691 per Master Agreement Schedule C
