Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Front Desk Associate to join our team at Tia. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experience and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Hospitality: Greet and direct patients to appropriate locations, maintaining excellent customer service at all times.
- Member Engagement: Educate patients on Tia services, workshops, and community events, embodying the voice of Tia and providing excellent client service orientation.
- Administrative Duties: Prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, spearheading administrative tasks such as scanning and uploading patient medical health information, electronic filing of EOBs, and documentation upkeep.
- Proficiency in core MS/Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
- Resourcefulness and high organizational skills
