Job Description:

We are looking for a talented mixologist who can excel at creating unique and refreshing cocktails. As a mixologist at Kiawah Island Club, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate management team and deliver exceptional hospitality to our members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Maintains an understanding of proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
• Has professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails
• Can interpret guests' desires and bring them to life in liquid form
• Maintains mental athleticism for coordination between cycles of service of those dining at the bar, and producing beverages needed in other areas of the restaurant
• Has base knowledge and understanding of classic cookery, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Menu and beverage knowledge is comprehensive and kept current as menus evolve
• Communicates and listens effectively to deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
• Derives pleasure from providing hospitality
• Takes pride in working with a first-class team
