Mixologist Extraordinaire

Marriott International, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Mixologist Extraordinaire to join our team in Marco Island, Florida. This role offers a competitive estimated salary of $42,000 - $55,000 per year.

We are looking for a skilled bartender with at least one year of experience in preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. As a Mixologist Extraordinaire, you will be responsible for issuing, opening, and serving wine/champagne bottles, setting up and maintaining cleanliness and condition of the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.

• Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
• Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
• Transport supplies to the bar set-up area.
• Clean soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables.

You will also be required to anticipate and communicate replenishment needs, process all payment methods, count bank at the end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Additionally, you will need to secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas, and complete closing duties.

To be successful as a Mixologist Extraordinaire, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related work experience. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
