About Your ResponsibilitiesYour primary duties will include handling heavy inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, logging customer comments, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for generating letters, postcards, and emails to schedule follow-up reminders and promote marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
