Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care in the Wound Care Center, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Active Florida RN License.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in wound care and/or critical care preferred.
