Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, assess, and present financial reports, metrics, and data to leadership, supporting both operational and strategic objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analyses and resolve discrepancies while recognizing exceptions in financial data.
  • Participate in the creation of solutions that may involve policy modifications or the establishment of new procedures.
  • Design and execute ad hoc analyses of extensive and complex data sets, ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of reports and presentations that convey complex financial data and metrics for management and external stakeholders.
  • Engage as a member of project teams, assisting in the formulation of change management strategies and materials as required.
  • Define requirements, develop, and implement intricate test cases, performing system evaluations and analyzing outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements through critical analysis of existing systems and workflows.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on matters requiring specialized technical, financial, or subject matter expertise.
  • May supervise, mentor, and review the work of other team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree combined with four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in business applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial systems and strong internet and computer literacy.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to prepare materials and convey information effectively to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven project management capabilities and the ability to contribute to or lead segments of a multi-functional team.
