**We're Looking for a Skilled Trades Professional:**

Aerotek is hiring an experienced Truck and Rail Equipment Maintenance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on railcars, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

About the Job:**

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and meet production deadlines. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with hand and power tools, as well as knowledge of mechanical systems and principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on railcar equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a mechanical repair or maintenance role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and principles
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
