The Addison Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and administering the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Analyze internal compensation data to ensure equitable pay practices and compliance with organizational policies.
- Develop and recommend salary structures, pay grades, and incentive plans.
- Assist in the design and implementation of executive compensation programs.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, retirement, and other benefits.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits plans to enhance employee satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external benefits providers and brokers.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, program performance, and budget impacts.
- Utilize HRIS and other analytical tools to maintain and analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Conduct salary and benefits audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and changes in legislation affecting total rewards.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits matters.
- Address employee inquiries and issues related to compensation and benefits.
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to compensation and benefits.
- Lead and manage special projects related to total rewards, such as compensation reviews or benefits redesigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)) preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits analysis, with a strong understanding of total rewards strategies and practices. Experience in a senior or lead role preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
