This full-time position is responsible for detailed, thorough cleaning and restoration of residences and businesses under the supervision of a Team Lead or Job Supervisor, and Project Manager.

We are seeking individuals with proven skills and experience in the field of disaster restoration. As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and restoring properties affected by fire, water, and mold damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and restoration of properties affected by fire, water, and mold damage
  • Work under the supervision of a Team Lead or Job Supervisor, and Project Manager
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and best practices associated with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) certification programs
  • Read and train on the job to learn our Standard Operating Procedures, as well as basic math and computer skills to document every job
  • Perform a variety of tasks, including fire, water, and mold remediation tear-out and clean-up, contaminated water clean-up, biohazard, Coronavirus disinfection, crime-scene clean-up, carpet, and upholstery cleaning, deodorizing, pack-outs, after construction cleaning, move-out & move-in cleaning, hoarding and vandalism clean-up, and being on-call for emergencies

Requirements:

  • Proven skills and experience in the field of disaster restoration
  • Ability to read and train on the job to learn our Standard Operating Procedures, as well as basic math and computer skills to document every job
  • Strong understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and best practices associated with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) certification programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork, friendliness, caring, and dependability
