Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Center Supervisor to lead our outbound team at our Minong, WI facility. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse management systems, experience in leading teams, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. They will be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the outbound team to achieve high levels of productivity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a warehouse or distribution center.
  • Ability to work un-supervised.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), Outlook, Excel, & SAP.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
