Job Description
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, from design to delivery. Your expertise will help us optimize manufacturing processes, reduce risk, and improve patient outcomes. You will also contribute to the development of training and documentation materials, supporting the seamless transfer of knowledge within our teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex manufacturing product quality and compliance issues, analyzing results and making recommendations for process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes, applying engineering principles and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain technical content for risk management files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Design and deliver training programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer among production staff.

• Coordinate with leadership to assign tasks and provide guidance to technicians, promoting efficient workflows and effective communication.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Scientific field and 2 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's Degree or equivalent with internship, senior projects, or thesis in an Engineering or Scientific field is required. Experience in manufacturing environments, highly regulated industries, and quality assurance is highly valued.
