About the Role:

The Senior Quality Analyst Engineer will design and develop comprehensive test plans, execute test cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery. You will work closely with our development teams to identify and prioritize quality-related issues, develop and implement effective solutions, and provide technical guidance to peers as needed. Additionally, you will participate in requirements development, review, and validation to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality
* Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize quality-related issues and develop effective solutions
* Participate in requirements development, review, and validation to ensure high-quality product delivery
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and skill development
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience (4+ years) in quality assurance and software testing
* 6+ years of experience working in IT QA with a focus on software testing and quality assurance
* Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, software testing principles, and technical skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

* Certified Software Tester (CSTE) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
* Experience with healthcare or insurance industry concepts and data management processes
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
