Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and achievement of production targets.
- Manage the production area effectively.
- Ensure products are manufactured and packaged according to specified quantities and quality standards.
- Document production outputs and any issues encountered during shifts to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Assist in mold changes alongside the Machine Operator.
- Maintain product quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among all team members.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations.
- Lead the team to maximize efficiency and collaboration.
- Identify training needs and implement training programs for staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels to manage absences and maintain operations.
- Record time and attendance accurately.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Participate in meetings with the Production Manager and address employee concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the department.

- Regularly required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms; occasional climbing or balancing.
