Senior Care Facility Registered Nurse Opportunity

Solutions by Sanford is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity at our senior care facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role

This part-time Registered Nurse position is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and are looking for a rewarding career in healthcare. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care, promote health and wellness, and support the overall mission of Solutions by Sanford.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote patient health and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
  • A current, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will be practicing.
  • At least six months of travel experience, with a strong understanding of nursing practices and procedures.
