By collaborating with us, you will be at the cutting edge of real estate media innovation, producing visuals that prospective buyers are eager to explore when searching for their next home.
About the Role
This is a part-time opportunity, with an expectation of approximately 20 hours of work per week, subject to your location and the demands of the business. There may be occasions where you will be required to work beyond the standard hours to accommodate increased demand. While this role is primarily part-time, there are potential pathways to full-time positions as the company expands.
As a Photographer with ShowingTime+ and our Listing Media Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Capturing high-quality still photography, Zillow 3D interactive floor plan virtual tours, and drone footage for properties on the market.
- Employing advanced proprietary technology to craft engaging rich media experiences.
- Transforming the home buying journey by delivering the media experiences that consumers desire when searching for a home.
This position is categorized as a Field role, meaning you will conduct most of your work within a designated geographic area as determined by your management team. It is expected that employees reside within a reasonable commuting distance to their designated region or service area.
Compensation
In certain states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC, the standard base pay for this role is $27.30 per hour. This pay range is specific to these locations and may differ elsewhere. Alongside a competitive base salary, employees in this role may also qualify for incentive compensation and equity awards, with actual amounts varying based on experience, performance, and location.

Requirements
- Ability to learn and adapt to ShowingTime+'s processes and systems.
- Experience in capturing high-quality photography, particularly for real estate, including 3D tours and drone photography.
- Capability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 drone license and operate a drone safely in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a dependable personal vehicle for work-related travel.
- Access to reliable internet with sufficient upload speeds, as daily media uploads will be required.
Required Equipment
- A DSLR camera capable of shooting in AEB mode, along with a wide-angle lens (for example, a Canon EOS 80D with the Canon EF-S 10-22mm Ultra Wide Angle Lens or equivalent).
