Critical Care Nephrology Nurse Specialist

The DaVita Team is seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our hospital services team. As an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide expert renal care to patients suffering from end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
No prior dialysis experience is necessary as we offer paid training and a supportive environment for your professional growth. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible individual who can work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Our acute dialysis program is Joint Commission Accredited, and we strive to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

- A competitive salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- An Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is a plus.
