Key Responsibilities
  • E-file documents and manage filing systems.
  • Prepare trial binders and assist with trial-related tasks.
  • Offer administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
  • Engage with clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including phone and mail responsibilities.

This role comes with a $52,000 - $62,000 annual salary, plus benefits such as paid time off, holiday and sick time, 401K retirement plan, group medical, dental, and vision plans.

Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in the legal field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism.
  • Regular office hours availability.
