About the Role

Fidelity TalentSource LLC is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using various cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and deploy applications in cloud environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying innovative solutions to simplify our data ecosystem.
  • Drive innovation and implement solutions with a forward-thinking approach.
  • Guide teams to improve development agility and engineering efficiency.
  • Resolve technical roadblocks and mitigate potential risks.
  • Deliver system automation by setting up continuous integration/continuous delivery pipelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
  • 6+ years of experience in implementing Middle Tier and Back End solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying applications in Cloud (AWS).
  • Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (Java, Springboot, Python) and building microservices (REST APIs, GraphQL APIs) in AWS.
  • Expertise in Relational (AWS RDS, Oracle & Postgres) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, Elastic search, Graph database) and in-memory technologies (Elastic Cache, Redis etc..).
  • Experience developing event-driven/stream processing applications using messaging technologies (SQS, SNS, Kinesis, Kafka, Lambda etc..).
  • Solid understanding of developing highly scalable distributed systems using AWS Services and Open-source technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in application builds and deployments using Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) tools like GitHub, Jenkins Core, antifactory, uDeploy, Terraform, EKS etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time.
