We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to our nursing staff in the Operating Room, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the Operating Room
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent patient care
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and make recommendations for improvement
- Current/valid nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required
- Perioperative experience required with a minimum of 3 years current Operating Room experience
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- CNOR preferred
