Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Chelsea Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our OR, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical team.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Operating Room.
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform other nursing interventions as needed.
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education and discharge planning.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements:
  • Current Michigan Nursing License
  • Graduation from accredited nursing program
  • Experience as a RN working in the Operating Room required
  • New hires must have a BSN degree or must agree in writing to obtain their BSN within five years
