About the Position

As a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in our school community. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to support student success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual student needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in small groups.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • A valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification in New Jersey.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • An ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
