About the Job:

This full-time position requires a licensed Speech Therapist with a minimum of 1+ years experience in speech therapy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluating and diagnosing communication disorders, and developing treatment plans.

Job Details:

  • Caseload will be discussed during the interview.
  • Onsite work during the school year.

Requirements:

  • A valid Wisconsin State SLP License is required, and a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
