Fleet Maintenance Technician Job Description

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a skilled Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment, including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
  • Utilize leading-edge technology and programs to diagnose and repair complex issues.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, while also receiving coaching and direction as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test.
  • Mechanical knowledge of gas and diesel repair.
  • Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
  • Knowledge of internal combustible engines.
  • Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance.
  • Adhere to DOT Regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Repairing forklifts and other heavy equipment.
  • Working with computers and diagnostic tools.
  • Driving trucks requiring a Class A or B CDL.
  • Repairing heavy duty equipment.
