About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team at Innova Solutions. As an Accounting Professional, you will be responsible for performing product and service billings for the Tactical Communications (TCOM) Sector with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day invoicing and billing responsibilities for the TCOM business sector.
  • Review sales orders in Oracle for accuracy and process credit card payments.
  • Apply advanced payments, process invoices in PeopleSoft, and distribute invoices as instructed.
  • Enter credit memos and tax adjustments when required.
  • Work with order administration, business planning, and shipping on any discrepancies that arise between shipping transactions and billing instructions.
  • Research Government contract discrepancies for invoice resolution.
  • Work with program managers to assist with invoice collections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle/Peoplesoft ERPs.
  • Experience with WAWF.
