About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Department Coordinator. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage and interact with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, and role-modeling exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Operations: Create a positive internal and external customer experience, promote a culture of honesty and integrity, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment, maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards, and ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and Associates, provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback, and partner with Management on Associate training needs.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Able to train others.
  • 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
