Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Quadrant Inc. as a Surgical Radiologic Technologist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radiologic technology and experience working in a surgical environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist clinical team with patient and procedure room preparation and post-procedure clean-up, operating the C-Arm, scrub-in for procedures, clean and sterilize tools and equipment. Performs and/or assists in all angiographic and interventional imaging procedures as well as myelography, arthrography and venography. Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies. Maintain radiology safety-monitoring procedures and may serve as the Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for the center or Safety Officer. Utilizes physical assessment skills, monitoring devices (pulse, respiration, blood pressure, EKG), intravenous care and aseptic techniques in providing patient care. Assist in scheduling patients for vascular access procedures and aid in transporting patients within the center. Participates in multi-disciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Experienced Radiologic Technologist with 2+ years of experience. 1+ years of experience in general diagnostic, special procedures or cardiac catheterization. American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Associates degree in science or successful completion of a formal educational program accepted by AART. Basic computer skills. Experience working in a surgical environment. Experience working in Interventional Radiology is a plus.
