About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Banker to join our team at Peoples Bank SB. As a Mortgage Banker, you will be responsible for originating high-quality residential real estate loans and building relationships with builders, realtors, and consumers to enhance future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate residential real estate loans that meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, and consumers to identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
  • Provide home ownership education and guidance to prospective homeowners to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to cross-sell Peoples' products and services to our customers and the community.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience.
  • Mortgage experience working in the region is highly desirable.
  • Ability to provide documentation for the past three years of mortgage origination production.
