Mortgage Originator

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Originator to join our team at Peoples Bank SB. As a Mortgage Originator, you will be responsible for originating high-quality residential real estate loans and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate residential real estate loans that meet our bank's underwriting guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, realtors, and consumers to enhance future business opportunities.
• Provide home ownership education to prospective homeowners and offer guidance on the mortgage process.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience.
• Mortgage experience working in the Northwest Indiana area.
• Ability to provide documentation for the past three years of mortgage origination production.
