Resident Care Specialist

Inspired Living at Alpharetta is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide education and training to residents and family members on care-related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in a caregiving role or similar function.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.
- An estimated salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
