About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will provide mechanical support services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the maintenance team in responding to operational changes and equipment malfunctions
  • Complete maintenance work orders accurately and on time
  • Perform emergency equipment repairs and preventive maintenance on plant equipment and machinery
  • Work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve minimum effectiveness level (MEL) within 3 years of hire date
Requirements
  • General industrial mechanical maintenance and/or electrical system experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
