**Job Summary**

As a Patient Care Assistant at Banner Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in our Progressive Care Unit. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting patients with activities of daily living, collecting patient specimens and data, and recognizing and reporting any abnormalities or changes in patient health status.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Collect patient specimens and data, including vital signs, input/output, and other delegated measurements
* Recognize and report any abnormalities or changes in patient health status and response to treatment
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

**Requirements**

* Certified Patient Care Assistant (CPAC) certification
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
