We are currently looking for a skilled Application Support Specialist to offer assistance and training to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Addressing, diagnosing, and resolving inquiries and issues from our clients promptly and professionally, which may involve manipulating client data.
• Recording customer support interactions in our tracking system for future reference.
• Identifying and suggesting enhancements to applications and workflows.
• Conducting tests on both new and existing software to enhance accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborating with our development team to articulate software issues and propose modifications.
• Providing training to clients and internal personnel on new software updates.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the agricultural cooperative sector, experience in supporting agribusiness software, and the capability to troubleshoot and research a variety of computing challenges. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities may include occasional evening and weekend support to address and resolve client issues.


Qualifications:
• Customer service experience: 3 years (Required)
• Software troubleshooting experience: 4 years (Required)
• Quality Assurance experience: 4 years (Required)
• Agricultural experience: 2 years (Preferred)
