Job Summary

As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide strategic support to the Aramark Corporate functional staff and Centers of Excellence (COE). This role is responsible for managing and administering several imperative HR processes, including issue resolution, employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, HR metrics reporting, and benefits and payroll assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR generalist support to the Aramark Corporate functional staff and COE, including issue resolution, follow-up, and recommendations.
  • Manage and administer several imperative HR processes, including employee engagement initiatives, talent acquisition, and HR metrics reporting.
  • Assist with benefits and payroll administration as needed.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs and initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Requirements
  • HR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Human Resources planning and organizational development experience desired.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent required.
  • Employment relations experience, including conducting investigations and resolution development, required.
  • Proven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basis.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Ability to train and make presentations required.
