Key Responsibilities:
  • Build lasting relationships to create a loyal customer base.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to assist customers in choosing the ideal vehicle, employing active listening and insightful questioning.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies to establish expertise in the field.
  • Conduct professional demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting their features and advantages.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up, creating opportunities for referrals.
  • Master objection handling and excel in various sales scenarios.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, activities, and performance metrics.
  • Bring a consistently positive attitude and exceptional performance to the workplace every day.
Position Requirements:
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred.
  • Proficient in web-based technology and sales methodologies.
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new systems and processes efficiently.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold high work ethic standards.
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistency in previous roles.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is necessary.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening is mandatory.
