We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist II to join our team at Dallas Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic, mammography, and other imaging procedures to help our patients receive accurate diagnoses and effective treatment.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic radiographic, mammography, and other imaging procedures according to department protocols.
- Function as the first line interface with customers and ensure their imaging needs are met.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities and maintain department supplies.
- Assist in maintaining Performance Improvement Program and oversee radiology area and/or staff in Manager's/Director's absence.
- Process and transmit images to PACS.
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- Appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.
- Current BCLS (AHA).
- Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
- One year of Acute Clinical Radiography preferred.
- Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.
- Proficient computer skills.
