Minimal Qualifications:

Current cosmetology or barber license as mandated by state/provincial regulations Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to understand and meet clients' needs through quality consultations and efficient service delivery Capability to perform administrative duties such as processing transactions on the computerized register, executing close-out procedures, and maintaining cleanliness

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent lifting of items up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds Continuous repetitive movements involving fingers, hands, wrists, and arms Regular grasping and reaching, often above shoulder height Exposure to various chemicals and fragrances utilized in service delivery Capacity to observe clients' hair, including close vision, color differentiation, and focus adjustment Proficient communication skills to discuss services and understand clients' preferences
