The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our Maintenance Reliability Department. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our Non Destructive Testing/Mechanical Integrity (NDT/MI) program. You will work closely with governing entities, engineering, and state inspectors on ASME certified regulated pressure vessels and process relief valves (PRV), and boiler permits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage NDT/MI program
  • Work with maintenance personnel on projects and maintenance reliability initiatives
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment breakdowns
  • Conduct Criticality Studies of equipment
  • Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Create Predictive and Preventive Maintenance job plans
  • Manage PxB and Maintenance Reliability Projects

Requirements

  • BS degree in Engineering (e.g. Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical)
  • Minimum of 3 years of industrial or manufacturing plant experience
  • Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
  • Reliability Centered Maintenance, or PdM technology certifications
  • Routine NDT inspections including external and internal visual
  • Certifications in Magnetic Particle (MT), penetrant Testing (PT), or Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Maintenance certification, such as Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP)
