Job Description

The Cubiscan Clerk is a critical role within our North America teams, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture and validate volume, dimensions, and weight of all inbound inventory received into the DC.
  • Use the Cubiscan software to measure and weigh every stock keeping unit (SKU) to ensure accurate material master data in the warehouse management system.
  • Determine conveyability of every SKU and update the warehouse management system to reflect SKU attributes, including UPC, cube, conveyability, and dimensions.
  • Capture UPC and ensure every item received has an accurate volume and induction code.
  • Perform daily inspection and sign out of equipment, documenting equipment failures and inconsistencies.
  • Verify case packs and descriptions on all items captured, and properly scan all UPCs on every item received.
  • Daily review and capture of volume on all items without a volume, and verify accuracy of freight, escalating any discrepancies to the Receiving Manager and inventory Control.
  • Maintain a neat, orderly, and clean workspace to meet or exceed area safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • File all worksheets and records in accordance with Company-established requirements.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and write English.
  • Minimum two years' experience in a warehousing or distribution environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS Inventory functions.
  • Ability to remain at a stationary workspace on a computer for up to 8-10 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift and move fifty (25) lbs. of material on a regular basis.
