Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at ServiceNet, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will work in our ABI Residential Program, providing high-quality nursing care to our clients. As a member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating healthcare services, advocating for the needs of our clients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate healthcare services for participants, including communication with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other medical licensed providers.
  • Document all nursing interventions and changes affecting the individual in appropriate areas, including daily logs, progress notes, and staff communication logs.
  • Maintain current medication and treatment orders according to MAP standards, noting any side effects or adverse effects and reporting to appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in training staff in personal care, positioning, feeding, and the use of supportive devices.
  • Accompany patients to medical appointments and Day Programs.
  • Additional assignments as required or directed by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • College Degree or Certificate preferred.
  • Valid MA Nursing License.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
