About This Opportunity

The Project Manager - Internal will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing corporate projects, with a particular focus on research and development (R&D), enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and improvements, and smaller departmental projects. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills and the ability to drive projects from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This is an onsite role in Osseo, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor a variety of corporate projects, including R&D initiatives, ERP system implementation and other enterprise applications, and smaller departmental projects.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.
  • Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and other materials to support growth initiatives.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals. This includes preparing and presenting project reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within project management practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems implementation and R&D project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives at one time and delegate tasks.
  • Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with various Project Management software applications.
  • Ability to problem solve and to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
