Job Summary

At Regions Bank, we are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker II to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their financial goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans to meet customer needs
  • Provide expert advice on Regions' products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial solutions
  • Monitor and analyze customer financial data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in banking, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Life insurance license
  • 1+ year of experience in cash handling, banking, and/or customer service
