We're Hiring
An international entity, specializing in Aerospace manufacturing, is in search of a proficient financial analyst. This role is situated in our Battle Ground, WA facility, with plans for relocation to a cutting-edge facility in the scenic Ridgefield, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer order entry and oversee the procurement process

• Create item master, BOM, and Job Orders setup

• Process payroll, facilitate employee onboarding, and manage state taxes

• Maintain comprehensive bookkeeping records

• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders

• Operate independently to support business objectives and uphold operational efficiency

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated accounting experience; an associate's degree in accounting is preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with fundamental accounting principles and software

• Practical experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing context is preferred
