Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee the entire operation and management of the club, ensuring a positive member experience, teamwork, and operational excellence.
  • Manage and be responsible for all aspects of the club's operation in the absence of the General Manager, including motivating and inspiring the team to achieve club productivity and customer service goals.
  • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training to ensure the club is fully staffed at all times.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service by consistently creating a welcoming environment for members, greeting and assisting, and responding to member inquiries and needs.
Requirements
  • At least one year of management experience required, with a strong background in fitness, retail, or hospitality.
  • Associate's degree in Exercise Science, Business, Kinesiology, or a similar field, or a combination of experience and education preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to continually stand and walk during shifts, as well as communicate effectively with members and potential members.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds.
