As a Mental Health Technician, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team, providing support for patients' therapeutic treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and record patient information pertinent to the treatment plan, ensuring seamless communication with our staff Registered Nurses.
  • Assist patients physically, handle emergencies, and collaborate effectively as a clinical team member.

Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in behavioral health units is preferred; knowledge of safety measures is essential.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; certification as a CNA is required within 1 year of hire, alongside medical terminology and current BLS Certification.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per annum, commensurate with your level of experience and qualifications.
